Adult Gymnastics

Cater­ing for indi­vid­u­als aged 18 to 80 (or more!)
This is a chance to try the sport of Gym­nas­tics using a wide vari­ety of equip­ment, in a class specif­i­cally geared towards adults. We cater both to those com­ing back into the sport and for total begin­ners who wish to try some­thing com­pletely new! Gym­nas­tics is a great sport for fit­ness, sta­mina, bal­ance, strength and flex­i­bil­ity, which are ben­e­fi­cial at any age!

Unlike some other clubs, we pro­vide a fully qual­i­fied coach to run our adult classes, with the option to fol­low a struc­tured les­son or practice/develop your own skills. Our open approach gives you the sup­port you need and the free­dom you want, to progress at your own pace.

Lessons gen­er­ally con­sist of a struc­tured warm-up, floor and appa­ra­tus skill sec­tions with strength and flex­i­bil­ity ideas then fin­ish­ing with a warm-down.
