Par­ent & Toddler 

This ses­sion is for a parent/guardian to bring baby into the gym and romp around the brightly coloured mats, tram­po­line and bars. Pro­vid­ing a stim­u­lat­ing and fun active envi­ron­ment.
A coach is on hand to super­vise and give sug­ges­tions etc.

Times are: Wednes­days 10-11am and 11-12am .

Costs: £5 per hour when you turn up.

Pre-School Kids Gymnastics 

Struc­tured pre-school gym­natic classes teach­ing co-ordination and bal­ance based on play and fun.

Times: Wednes­days  — 1–1:45pm and 1:45–2:30pm
(Classes to start in Jan­u­ary 2010 Speak to the admin­is­tra­tor and get on the wait­ing list or book a place now)

Costs: 45 mins per week — £60 termly

Recre­ational Gymnastics

Chil­drens rec. classes are age and gen­der based with struc­tured ses­sions teach­ing gym­nas­tics moves on var­i­ous appa­ra­tus depend­ing on age and abil­ity.
Weekly classes start at 1hr ses­sions and progress upto 3 hrs for older and more expe­ri­enced gym­nasts. Book a place now.

Costs:
1hr per week — £78 termly
2hrs per week — £108 termly
