Costs

BGC Fees are made up from the following costs;

  • BGC Membership
  • British Gymnastics affiliation  (includes insurance)
  • ECGA affiliation
  • Tuition based on class times (Class fees are detailed on the individual class page, see menu above)

Except for Adult and Parent-Toddler classes, the fees are charged termly and invoiced a half term before (for current members to guarantee your place) or when you join. The  affiliation and membership fees are payable yearly in September or when you join.

We charge on a pro-rata basis which means, for example, if you start half way through a term you only pay half the tuition fees. Memberships/affiliation fees however, are required in full.

Payment types accepted

We take Cheques and Cash only,  sorry — no cards can be processed.

We do offer you the ability to spread your payments out with monthly standing orders (speak to the Dawn or Rosie for details).

Gift Aid

As a charity we are eligible to receive money from the Government via Gift Aid, which allows us to recover Tax already paid by you on the BGC membership fees only (this is why they are a separate item).  To facilitate this we need you to sign an agreement form which you will find in your  joiners pack. Please try to complete this form or the Government gets this money instead of us which in turn means we will have to raise our fees. A few people have had difficulty with this concept but be assured you are not paying anything extra, you are in effect telling the government to pay some of your fees. If you have any queries please speak to the admin staff.
